Assist in recruitment activities (screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
Maintain employee records and HR documents
Support onboarding and joining formalities
Help in attendance and leave tracking
Coordinate with employees for HR-related queries
Assist in organizing HR events and activities
Requirements:
Completed degree
Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel
Good communication skills
Willingness to learn and grow in HR field
