Job Title: HR Specialist (IT Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement)

We are seeking an HR Specialist with a focus on IT talent acquisition, training and development, employee engagement, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the employee life cycle. Candidates settled in Bangalore are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute end-to-end IT talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture and improve employee satisfaction.
Oversee HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and compliance.
Manage the employee life cycle from recruitment to off boarding.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on IT talent acquisition and employee engagement.
Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fields.
