📌 Position: HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist
What we’re looking for:
✅ Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience
✅ B2B industry experience required
✅ Strong sourcing & candidate screening skills
✅ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
✅ Good understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
✅ Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment
✅ Strong ownership, coordination & follow-up skills
✅ Immediate joiners preferred
Location: Koregaon Park Annexe, Pune
Your Role:
🔹 Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
🔹 Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references & other channels
🔹 Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
🔹 Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication
🔹 Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures
🔹 Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
🔹 Partner with hiring managers to understand and fulfil manpower requirements
