Location: Chennai (Hybrid/Remote options can be discussed)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience & performance)
Experience: 1 – 10 years
Background: Consulting experience is a must

Key Responsibilities:
-Manage end-to-end recruitment – sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closures
-Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media & databases
-Understand client requirements & deliver top-quality profiles
-Handle interview coordination, salary negotiation & onboarding
-Maintain recruitment trackers & ensure timely delivery
Requirements:
-Proven experience in IT or Non-IT recruitment
-Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
-Strong sourcing knowledge across multiple platforms
-Ability to work independently & meet deadlines
-Goal-oriented and accountable for results
