Job Description:
We are seeking an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end sourcing and
recruitment for BPO requirements.
The role involves fulfilling large-scale staffing needs across IT &
Non-IT domains while leveraging various hiring platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Source potential candidates using Naukri , LinkedIn, Shine, Monster
and other job platforms.
Craft compelling recruitment emails to attract passive candidates.
Screen incoming resumes and applications.
Advertise job openings on the company's careers page, job boards and
social media.
Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
Act as a consultant to new hires and assist in their onboarding.
Desired Skill Set:
Experience: Minimum 1 year in IT/Non-IT recruitment (Freshers can apply).
Education: Graduate (MBA in HR preferred).
Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills.
Recruitment Knowledge: Sourcing, Screening and End-to-End hiring process.
Location Preference: Candidates within 15 km radius of Anna Nagar (or
those with own vehicles if beyond).
Added Advantage: Experience in consulting recruitment agencies or
target-based organizations.
