Work Location: Chennai (Perungudi)
Interview Mode: Telephonic/Google Meet
Week Off: Alternate Saturdays, Sundays

Job Description:
The ideal candidate must have experience as an end-to-end IT & NON IT Recruiter.
Should have good technical knowledge ( NON IT Skills, etc).
*Responsible for end-to-end hiring: Sourcing, interviewing, salary negotiation, and closing candidates for assigned requisitions.
*Must have good experience in hiring Candidates.
*Should have experience in using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc) and other open-source platforms and have a good pipeline of passive candidates.
*Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
*Ability to communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
*Maintaining an internal database of consultants as per their skill sets.
*Excellent sourcing skills.
