• Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Supporting in workforce database management, head count reports
• Assisting in employee New employee induction & orientation.
Assisting and organising training sessions and maintenance of training records.
• Assisting in organizing company events and meetings.
• Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
• Assisting Rewards & Recognition process.Role – HR Operations – Trainee (Temp Role)

Experience Level- 0- 2 years of experience
Qualification- MSW(HR), MBA HR or anyother relevant qualifications
