What You'll Do:
Manage employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit)
- Maintain HRIS and employee records
Support payroll, benefits & compliance
- Handle day-to-day queries and grievances
- Ensure audit-readiness & legal compliance
What We're Looking For:
- Graduate/Post-Graduate in HR or related field Great with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Empathetic, organized, and proactive Strong communication and people skills
