?? ROLE: Talent Acquisition Executive
?? LOCATION: HCLTech, MIHAN, Nagpur
?? ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA/ REQUIREMENT:
- 1 to 3 years of End-to-End Core IT recruitment experience
- Thorough knowledge of HR concepts (primarily Recruitment & Onboarding), IT Skills (from hiring standpoint), Naukri Job Portal and any ATS tool
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel & Words
- MBA HR Graduate
- Excellent English Communication Skills (must for stakeholder management)
- Candidates from Nagpur will be preferred
