Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing: Assist in identifying potential candidates through various sources, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Resume Screening: Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications and match them with job requirements.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and interview panels, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.Candidate Communication: Maintain regular communication with candidates regarding their application status and provide a positive candidate experience.
Data Management: Update and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other HR databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
Reference Checks: Conduct reference checks on selected candidates as part of the screening process.
Recruitment Marketing: Assist in creating and posting job advertisements, both internally and externally, to attract qualified candidates.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including filing, document preparation, and organizing recruitment-related materials.
Reporting: Generate and compile recruitment reports to track key metrics and measure the effectiveness of the recruitment process.Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
