Position: HR Executive Female only.
Experience: 1 to 2 Years

Key Responsibilities
1. Time Office Management
Maintain daily attendance, shift schedules, and leave records of employees.
Monitor biometric attendance and resolve discrepancies.
Prepare and validate monthly attendance reports for payroll processing.
Track overtime, late coming, and absenteeism.
Coordinate with department heads for attendance-related clarifications.
2. HR Operations
Support employee onboarding and documentation.
Maintain employee records and HR MIS reports.
Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate with employees for HR-related queries and support.
3. Reporting & Presentation
Prepare HR reports and dashboards using MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Develop PowerPoint presentations for management reviews and HR meetings.
Present HR data such as attendance trends, manpower reports, and HR initiatives.
4. Coordination & Communication
Work closely with payroll, admin, and department managers.
Ensure proper communication regarding attendance policies and HR updates.
Required Skills
Good knowledge of Time Office functions and attendance management.
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage HR documentation and maintain confidentiality.
Qualification
Any Graduate / MBA in HR (Preferred)
Experience
1 to 2 years experience in HR operations or Time Office management
