We are looking for Candidates in and around Coimbatore. With minimum stipend (Only Female Candidates).

EXPERIENCE : 0 - 1 YEARS

As an HR EXECUTIVE, your roles and responsibilities will typically involve supporting the HR department and gaining practical experience in various HR functions. Here are some common tasks and responsibilities you might expect in this entry-level HR role:

1. Recruitment and Staffing: Assisting in the recruitment process by posting job openings on various job portals and the company's website.
Sourcing and screening resumes.
Coordinating interviews and assessments.
Assisting in onboarding new employees.
2. Employee Records and Documentation: Maintaining and updating employee records and files.
Assisting in the documentation of employee contracts, offer letters, and other HR-related paperwork.

3.Employee Engagement:Assisting with employee engagement activities, such as organizing events, workshops, or training programs.
Collecting feedback from employees and helping with the implementation of improvement initiatives.

4.Training and Development:Supporting the training and development process by scheduling training sessions, tracking attendance, and maintaining training records.
5.HR Compliance:Assisting in ensuring the company's compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Keeping track of various HR-related compliance documentation.

6.Benefits Administration:Assisting with benefits enrollment and answering employees' questions regarding benefits.
Maintaining records related to employee benefits.

7.Data Management:Handling data entry and management of HR software and systems.
Generating reports and providing data analysis to HR managers.

8.Employee Relations:Addressing general employee inquiries and concerns.
Assisting in resolving minor employee relations issues and disputes.

9.Administrative Support:Providing general administrative support to the HR team, such as scheduling meetings, managing emails, and maintaining office supplies.

10.Learning and Development:Continuously learning and staying updated with HR policies, best practices, and industry trends.
