Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage end-to-end recruitment activities
✅ Coordinate with hiring managers to close positions within timelines
✅ Build and maintain a strong sales talent pipeline
✅ Support statutory compliance coordination
✅ Drive employee engagement initiatives and activities
✅ Assist in day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle management
Requirements:
✔️ 1–3 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment (NBFC/Banking preferred)
✔️ Prior experience in sales hiring will be an added advantage
✔️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔️ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
✔️ Good understanding of recruitment processes and HR operations
