Location: Rajajinagar, Bangalore (On-site, Full-Time)
CTC: ₹3.5 – 4.5 LPA
Experience: 1–3 years

Pace Wisdom is a deep-tech product engineering and consulting firm with offices in Bangalore, San Francisco, and Singapore, serving clients across fintech, logistics, healthcare, and emerging tech.
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end employee onboarding — documentation, system setup, orientation
Handle exit formalities — resignation processing, F&F settlements, exit interviews
Maintain employee records and HRIS data accuracy
Support attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
Assist with PF, ESI, and statutory compliance
Address day-to-day employee queries and HR support tasks
Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications
Requirements:
MBA/PGDM in HR or BBA with relevant HR experience
1–3 years in an HR generalist/executive role (IT/tech company preferred)
Familiarity with HRIS tools (Zoho People, Darwinbox, or Keka is a plus)
Good knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance basics
Strong communication and organizational skills
