Role Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates through job portals and social media
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates
- Conduct initial HR screening and follow-up calls
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records
- Assist in onboarding and joining formalities
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview status and
updates
- Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment
process
