Seamless onboarding and orientation experience for new joiners
Build strong employee engagement programs and feedback loops
Organize team-building events and recognition initiatives
Conduct exit interviews and ensure smooth offboarding
Collaborate across teams to build a great workplace culture
What We’re Looking For:
1+ year experience in onboarding or employee engagement
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
Strong communication and organizational skills
Hands-on experience with HRMS & Microsoft Office
High energy and people-first mindset
