What You’ll Be Owning:
Handle full-cycle recruitment & onboarding.
Run smooth HR operations – attendance, leaves, payroll
Drive employee engagement – think events, feedback, and good vibes.
Support in policy creation and compliance checks.
Keep things organized in KEKA HRMS – from records to performance data.
What We’re Looking For:
A bachelor’s degree in HR or any relevant field
0–2 years of hands-on HR experience
Solid grip on *KEKA HRMS*
Excellent communication & multitasking powers
A basic understanding of *labor laws* and HR compliance
