Qualifications:
MBA in Human Resources
1 to 2 years of minimum experience in HR operations or similar role
Flexible for store visit and well versed in HR Generalist duties and responsibilities
Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Roles & Responsibilities of
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and
employee data management.
Planning and execution of strategies to close manpower gap as per CP within the timeline.
Coordinate with various departments to facilitate employee transfers, promotions, and other
HR- related transactions.
Attendance management, statutory compliances, attrition rate, and Expertise in HR ops
