ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
. Manage and resolve employee relations issues including conducting effective. thorough
and objective investigations.
. Provides HR policy communication, guidance. interpretation and helps enforce.
. Propagates 8. provides interpretation of Patra core values. Helps build 8. sustain the
Patra culture based on the core values.
. Manages and facilitates annual performance management process 'PMS‘ and
collaborates with Department Heads regarding performance management best
practices and recommendations.
. Maintains in-depth knowledge of HR labour requirements related to day-today
management of employees. reducing legal risks. and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Partners with the HR Shared Services Team ‘HRSS' on onboarding and compliance
initiatives.
. Use analytical and critical thinking in work processes and communication skills.
. Flexibility with both Work from Office (WFO) and Work from Home (WFH) is expected.
REQUIREMENTS 8. QUALIFICATION:
. O to 3 years of experience in the HR domain. with at least 1 year in the HRIP 8.
resolving complex employee relations issues.
. Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation
practices. organizational diagnosis. performance management. and Recruitment
- A qualification of MBA is required.
. A strong knowledge of employment labour laws.
