We are hiring for Junior Engineer – Maintenance (Shift Operations)
Department: Engineering / Maintenance

Experience : 1-4 years
Qualifications : Diploma, Electrical Engineering
Salary : Upto 4 LPA
Job Purpose
Ensure reliable plant operations by carrying out preventive and breakdown maintenance, supporting production targets, maintaining equipment performance, and ensuring safety and quality during shift operations.
Key Responsibilities
Execute maintenance activities across rotational shifts and ensure effective shift handover/takeover.
Attend machine breakdowns promptly, identify root causes, and minimize downtime.
Perform preventive maintenance as per schedule and maintain related records.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Utility, and Stores for smooth plant operations.
Ensure machine condition does not impact tyre quality and support CAPA activities.
Follow safety procedures, including LOTO and PPE, and report unsafe conditions.
Record daily energy meter readings and report abnormal energy consumption.
Maintain maintenance logs, breakdown history, and shift reports.
Participate in TPM, 5S, Kaizen, and OEE improvement initiatives.
