The Engineer Generalist will handle end-to-end Engineer activities across 3–4 branches, requiring branch travel. You’ll act as the bridge between employees and management, ensuring smooth Engineer operations.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Recruitment & Onboarding
🔹 Handle end-to-end recruitment & induction process
🔹 Support manpower planning and pipeline building
✅ Employee Engagement & Grievance Handling
🔹 Foster employee engagement initiatives across branches
🔹 Address grievances and support disciplinary procedures
✅ Statutory Compliance
🔹 Manage ESI, PF, labor laws & Engineer policies
🔹 Maintain employee records and compliance documentation
✅ Payroll & Attendance
🔹 Support payroll inputs, leave, and attendance management
✅ Training & Development
🔹 Coordinate training needs and development programs
✅ Multi-Branch Engineer Operations
🔹 Handle Engineer activities across 3–4 assigned branches
🔹 Willingness to travel is a must
