Working Days: 6 days in a week.
Your Roles & Responsibilities:
Advise and support Business Managers in their role on people-related processes (e.g. performance management, team development, resource planning, manpower productivity enhancement, recruitment etc.)
Should be good in IR experience.
Prepare and Manage the manpower budget of the regions.
Ensure consistency in design, implementation and adherence of HR policies and standards.
Develop resourcing strategies to support business.
Oversee and ensure statutory compliance at all levels in factories and regions.
Work closely with the business managers, to enhance manpower productivity and performance
Lead and plan the employee engagement strategy for the regions.
Involve in strategic projects at an organizational level as and when required to enhance process or people systems.
Key points- good stakeholder management experience in Industrial Relations, should possess assertiveness, has good understanding about labour and plant compliance. Government laws/policies/clauses should be well versed.
