Manager's Role and Responsibilities :
-Manager can refer to managing people in a leadership Role, or Managing Projects and Tasks

1. Taking charge of people, projects, and tasks as a leader.

2. Organize your calendar by setting up crucial meetings, making travel and lodging arrangements, and more.

3. Do additional receptionist tasks such as photocopying, transcribing, filing, maintaining office expense records, sorting and distributing paperwork, etc.

4. interact with their coworkers to settle pressing administrative issues and other similar issues.

5. Goal Setting Responsibilities:

To ensure Team successfully reaches their goals

- Clearly communicate the goal to employees: Choose the Best People for Each Job.

- Encourage staff to achieve each goal.

- Establish proper deadlines.

- verify employee progress.
- Set key performance indicators to track how well things are doing.

- Review performance measures regularly.

- Makes changes to the plan as needed.

- Training the staff.

6.Administration works:

- Completing on time schedules.

- Job Recruitment -HR.

- Petty cash maintaining. Office payments follows up.

- Quotation, Bills preparing (if necessary).

- Planning Events. Processing Payroll.

- Preparing Training Materials.

- creating and distributing marketing materials.

- submitting the necessary paperwork to comply with licensing.or regulatory requirements.

- Keeping track of what employees have done.

7.Team:

- Organizing employee schedules and assignments.

- Maintaining the Training Schedule. • Keeping resources properly filed.

- Tracking goals and achievements.
