Role Overview
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant with 2–3 years of experience to manage day-to-day financial operations, ensure compliance, and support efficient cash flow management across all projects.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting operations, bookkeeping, and reconciliations.
Handle cash flow and expense management.
Prepare and process salaries, payroll, and salary slips.
File GST and TDS returns accurately and on time.
Maintain accounts in Tally and generate financial reports.
Prepare Excel-based reports for expenses, payments, and projections.
Conduct payment follow-ups with clients and vendors.
Coordinate with the Chartered Accountant (CA) for audits, return filing, and tax planning.
Support management with financial insights and data-driven decisions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
2–3 years of experience in accounting and finance operations.
Proficient in Tally and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, reporting).
Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
Strong communication and email correspondence skills.
Organized, reliable, and proactive with attention to detail.
