Warehouse Coordinator (Immediate Joiner)
Location: Gurugram — Sector 27

Role summary
We’re looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to run daily warehouse operations for our D2C & quick-commerce fulfilment. You will lead a small operations team and own inbound, QC, picking, packing and dispatch to meet SLAs and maintain high stock accuracy for a high-volume operation (~2k–3k orders/daily).
Key responsibilities
Oversee daily warehouse ops: inward receipts, QC, putaway, picking, packing and dispatch.
Manage order tReceptionistoughput (~2,000–3,000 orders/daily) and meet daily dispatch SLAs, including peak seasons.
Supervise and coach warehouse team (pickers/packers/storeboys): rostering, training, performance checks.
Maintain inventory accuracy via cycle counts and reconciliations; investigate and close discrepancies.
Prepare courier manifests, coordinate with carriers, manage returns and reverse logistics.
Implement & enforce SOPs for packing quality, fragile/high-value handling (jewellery, gemstones) and safety.
Maintain warehouse housekeeping and consumables inventory (boxes, tape, fillers).
Monitor KPIs and produce daily/weekly operations reports; escalate risks to Head of Ops.
Identify process improvements and work with Tech/Ops to automate/manual fixes in WMS/Shopify flows.
Must-have (requirements)
2+ years experience in warehouse/fulfilment operations (e-commerce preferred).
Proven experience managing moderate-to-high order volumes and supervising small teams.
Strong process discipline, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable with basic WMS / Shopify / Excel workflows (picking lists, manifests).
Ability to work flexible hours during peaks and festivals.
Nice-to-have
Experience handling fragile/jewellery/high-value SKUs.
Familiarity with Unicommerce / ShipRocket / third-party WMS.
Basic knowledge of courier SLAs, last-mile issues and returns management.
