Job Overview: Providing voice-based customer
support to help customers with order tracking,
product information, returns, account management,
payments, technical problems, delivery inquiries,
feedback gathering, and policy explanations.
Work Schedule: Rotational shifts totaling 9.5 hours
per day, with 6 days off per month (5.5 day working,
every alternate week).
' Broadband Speed: Own broadband connection with
minimum 100 Mbps.
- System Allocation: Candidates within the transport
boundary for desktop systems pick up & technical

For North American voice: upto 30k CTC
