1. hashtagRecruitment & Selection

· Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.

· Source candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, employee referrals, campus drives, and recruitment agencies).

· Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers for further evaluation.

· Prepare and issue offer letters and employment contracts in coordination with HR operations.

· Maintain an active talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles.

2. hashtagStakeholderManagement

· Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand manpower needs and role requirements.

· Provide timely updates and reports on recruitment progress and metrics.

· Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

3. hashtagEmployerBranding&Campus Engagement

· Participate in employer branding initiatives and represent the organization at job fairs, campus recruitment events, and professional networking activities.

· Support social media campaigns and content creation to enhance employer visibility.

4. hashtagCompliance&Documentation

· Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and statutory requirements.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and dashboards.

· Support audits and reporting requirements related to hiring.

5. hashtagOnboarding&InductionSupport

· Coordinate with HR operations and line managers to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.

· Conduct or assist with induction/orientation sessions for new employees.

· 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

· Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS tools.
