Role & Responsibilities
You will be both an anchor and a driving force for our next phase of growth.
You will bring your industry expertise and a strong understanding of best practices to align our tech-enabled systems for maximum efficiency and delivery.
You will work directly with the Business Head to strategize and drive growth/service delivery via our uniquely positioned recruitment solutions.
Specifically, you will be working on the following aspects:
1+ YOE working with Small / Mid-Sized Recruitment agencies OR Early Stage / Small startups.
Strong domain expertise in – Tech, Product, Design & Sales Domain.
Strong analytical understanding of the overall recruitment process.
Experience in managing large clients as an account manager.
Ready to experiment with things never done before – Conquer uncharted waters.
