🔹 Your Role Will Include:
-Supporting Talent Acquisition and Software Engineer Operations processes
-Managing end-to-end Software Engineer documentation and backend TA operations
-Coordinating interviews, onboarding, and internal job postings
-Handling background verification and stakeholder communication
-Maintaining accurate Software Engineer records and ensuring 100% compliance
-Providing admin and IT logistics support for onboarding and events
🎓 What We’re Looking For:
-Graduate/BBA/Diploma Software Engineer/MBA
-1–3 years of experience in Software Engineer Operations
-Strong coordination, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
