Looking at candidates with Relevant HRBP experience of 6 months to 2 years preferably MBA-HR from premium B-Schools/ MSSW and ISTD diploma.
Ideal candidate is one who is
- an excellent overall communicator & influencer
- expertise in Sourcing & onboarding quality, matching candidates with shortest TAT via LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed & other hiring platforms
- expertise in ATS, Zoho HRMS or Greenhouse
- an Acclaimed People Person who Leads sans a Title
Timings: 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Saturday with the option of WFH thrice a week.
