Role: Pass Executive
Location: BIAL (Bangalore International Airport Limited)
Eligibility:-
Qualification: Any Graduation
Experience: Fresher or 6 months experience in any domain.
Job Description:
1. Primary point of contact for all the employees who has a pass
2. End to end co-ordination for collecting the documents from the Employee
For new & renewal of passes
3. Collating all the documents needed for the pass submission from both the
Organization & employee side
4. Submitting the documents to the BIAL Airport for the Pass
5. Co-ordinating with the AO Security process
6. Maintaining the up to date dbase
7. Point of contact for the BIAL/Kyndryl
8. Point of contact for the ops managers
9. Responsible for AV Sec Security Training
10. Responsible for Compliance/Audit of BIAL
Maintain Attendance Register
Submit Salary Slips
Maintain Employment Card
Maintain Workmen Register
11. Represent organization at BIAL whenever need arises
12. Maintain positive work relationships with all Stake holders
Skills
Good Language Skills- Spoken/Written
Excel Skills
Should be able to make basic presentations
Salary will not be constraint
