Location: BTM Layout, Bangalore
Job Timing : 10:00AM - 7:30 PM
Working Days: Mon-Fri (2 alternate Saturdays are off)
Interview Time : 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Role & responsibilities

* Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
* Handling Clients.
* Should have experience in , Bulk Hiring, NON-IT Recruitment, bulk hiring, BPO recruitment, leadership skills, team-work skills, Decision-making, sourcing, screening
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
* Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to attract top talent.
* Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
* Coordinate interview schedules and provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
* Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
* Following up on the interview process status
* Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
* Assist with onboarding processes for new hires, including background checks, paperwork, and orientation.
* Must have experience in head hunting, Source candidates from different portal like., linkedIn, Naukri, Monster etc..Also Answer The Below Questions
