Role: Junior HR Business Partner
Location: Gurugram
Start Date: Immediate (0—1 5 days notice period preferred)
Experience: 1-3 years in HR operations, talent management, or junior
HRBP roles
What you'll do:
Partner with department leads to align HR initiatives with core
business goals.
Support performance management, employee engagement, and
retention strategies.
Analyze HR metrics (turnover, engagement, hiring trends) to drive
data-informed decisions.
Serve as a trusted advisor for employees, resolving workplace queries
and coaching team members.
