What We're Looking For:
✅ 1-2+ years of experience in IT recruitment
✅ Proven experience hiring for technical roles such as: Java Developers, Frontend Developers (React, Angular, JavaScript), DevOps Engineers, Data Engineers, Full Stack Developers, Cloud Engineers, and other technology roles
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 End-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management
🔹 Candidate sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
🔹 Screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates
🔹 Interview coordination and offer management
🔹 Building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines
📩 Interested candidates can share their updated resume along with Current CTC, Expected CTC, and Notice Period
