Job Roles and Responsibilities :
Source Candidates: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, Linkedin, and networking events to identify and attract top IT talent.
Screen Resumes: Review and evaluate resumes to match skills, experience, and knowledge with job requirements.
Conduct Interviews: Perform initial phone screens and coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
Coordinate Hiring Process: Assist in the coordination of interviews, feedback, and offer negotiation.
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices.
