Role & Responsibilities:
° Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities
- Source candidates via Naukri, Linkedln, Indeed, etc.
- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews
' Support onboarding and employee documentation
- Team handling & client handling experience is a plus
3 Eligibility:
- MBA (HR) / MSW/ B.E/ B.Tech (IT/CS) / B.Sc (IT/CS)
- Good communication 8: coordination skills
- Basic HR process knowledge
- Proficiency in MS Office
