We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic IT Recruiter (0–1 year experience) to join our Bangalore office. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to kick-start their career in IT recruitment and gain hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent for exciting tech roles.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Understand client requirements and job descriptions for IT roles.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and networking.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates’ technical fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients.
Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely communication with candidates.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
🔹 Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (any discipline; HR/IT background preferred).
0–1 year of experience in recruitment (freshers with strong interest in HR/IT recruitment are welcome).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interest in IT/technology sector hiring.
