Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates( Strong Background in Recruitment)
Maintain employee records and update IT databases regularly.
Assist in attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll coordination.
Support IT operations such as preparing offer letters, confirmations, and exit formalities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and IT procedures.
Organize employee engagement activities and maintain a positive work environment.
Coordinate with departments for smooth communication and employee support.
Assist in performance reviews and documentation.
