Responsibilities & Duties
· Handle inbound inquiries and make outbound calls to prospective customers.
· Understand the customer’s requirement and educate them about our solutions.
· Provide accurate pricing estimates and explain service levels, turnaround times, and procedures.
· Maintain a strong follow-up system for potential customers until closure.
· Record all interactions, leads, and conversions in the CRM system.
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
· Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while dealing with distressed customers.
· Lead Generation, negotiation and collaboration with all stake holders.
· Selling solutions to SMEs and Corporates.
· Demonstration/ Presentation to Potential Customers.
· Handling of Partners and Customers.
· Win and manage clients and at all levels from all industries.
· Utilizing existing networks and relationships to build new business.
· Understand competitors and introduce sales strategy to penetrate these potential clients.
· Experience in selling security software.
Skills & Qualifications
· BE and MBA(Marketing and IT preferred )
· 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, or customer support (experience in IT or data recovery is an advantage).
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English and local language).
· Strong customer service orientation and ability to explain technical processes in simple terms.
· Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and call handling systems.
