If you have 6 months of internship experience in employee grievance management, we would love to consider your experience for this role.

🔷 Requirements:
🔹Location: Bangalore or Mysore
🔹Travel: Up to 15 days between both locations as required
🔹Language: Proficiency in Kannada is mandatory.
🔹Experience: 6 months of internship experience in employee grievance management can be considered.
🔹Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
