Hands on IT recruitment and IT Skills.
Strong English communication and convincing skills.
Eager to work with requirements and client handling.
Daily reporting and co-ordinating with Senior manager.
Screening, sourcing and tele-interviewing the candidate.
Strong Knowledge of Job Portals.
Job porting and maintaining the database of prospective candidates.
Goal oriented-results achiever, meeting deadlines
Smart worker
Tolerance-stress
Fixed Sat-Sun off sometimes if required urgently Sat working will be there.
