Experience: Minimum 0.6 months to 3 years in Recruitment..What we are looking for:
- Minimum 0.6+ years of experience in recruitment
- Must have worked in an IT / Software / Technology company
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Experience hiring for technical and non-technical roles
- Good hands-on experience with Naukri, Linkedln and other sourcing
platforms
- Good communication and candidate-handling skills
- Ability to work independently and take complete ownership
- Should be dedicated, proactive and target-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
