Salary: 18,000 to 20,000 (Based on your Experience)

- Minimum 1 Year of Recruitment Experience (Mandatory)

. End-to-End Recruitment Process Management
- Candidate Sourcing & Screening
- Interview Scheduling 8. Coordination
- Maintaining Candidate Pipeline
- Handling Staffing and Volume Hiring Requirements
- Managing Recruitment Reports and Follow-Ups
Preferred Skills:
- Strong Recruitment Knowledge
- Staffing Recruitment Experience
- Sales Hiring Experience (Preferred)
- Linkedln Sourcing & Talent Mapping
- Recruitment Software Handling
- MS Excel Knowledge
- Tamil Communication (Mandatory)
- English Communication Skills
Chennai-based candidates are preferred.
