Job description:
Managing End to End recruitment process to conducting interviews to closing the positions.
Identifying qualified IT professionals for specific job openings, through a variety of sources,including
internal and internet databases, job advertisements, social media and through networking activities.
Working Full time on Contract staffing.
Deriving the best strategies to fulfill the hiring numbers effectively & efficiently.
Interacting with Candidates to cross-verify their genuineness of Resume like technical skills,
experience, Employer Details, Period of Employment & Education.
Clearly communicate all aspects of the offer including Salary, stock options, benefits,
bonuses,Salary negotiation,relocation etc.,
Scheduling the interview of the shortlisted candidate with the client.
Ensuring timely follow ups & candidates until they complete all the levels of interview.
Negotiating with the candidate in areas such as salary, Notice Period, Relocation and convincing them
accordingly.
Verifying candidate?s documents for Example: - Offer Letter/Appraisal Letter, Pay slips, Educational
Documents, Official EMail ID, PAN Card, Government ID Proof, Photo, Current company relieving letter etc.
Regular follow up with offered candidates to get them onboard without fail.
Sending the Daily, Weekly & Monthly,recruiter performance report to the Delivery Lead
