Responsibilities
Manage and implement all recruiting tasks
Source candidates for recruitment through various sourcing channels
Screen job applications and shortlist candidates.
Conduct interviews and tests of the applicants to filter them further
Collaborating with HR and the management of the recruitment process
Network and build contacts to source candidates better in the future.
Requirements
Qualification: BBA\MBA\MSW\MIB
Experience: 0-2 years
Excellent communication, people and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in their decision-making skills.
Preferred only male candidates.
