Your day in a nutshell:
Technical Recruiter at 4W holds a major responsibility in uplifting the resource and revenue of the company. Hence, you will be working closely with the Management and understand the resource requirements for existing and upcoming projects.
You will become part of the HR Team and recruit resources for various Software Development positions by screening and filtering candidates from job portals, develop recruitment strategies and conduct interviews as per our hiring policies. Besides your work, you will have weekly meetings with the Managing Directors of the company to discuss interview statistics and strategize ways to enhance the interview process accordinglyWhat you offer us:

Specialized in hiring for Software Development positions (Freshers/Entry level).
Understand companys resource needs and create a database of qualified candidates to recruit.
Ability to host and conduct Job Fairs, On-campus and Off-campus placement drives.
Strong technical knowledge on programming languages and IT concepts
Excellent experience in using Job Portals like Naukri, Indeed and LinkedIn.
Ability to identify and quickly filter out qualified candidates
