🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn & social platforms
• Screen and shortlist resumes based on job descriptions
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with technical panels
• Maintain candidate database and follow up post-interviews
• Assist in onboarding and HR documentation
• Support recruitment drives and internal HR operations
🎓 Eligibility:
• MBA (HR) / Any graduate with HR interest
• 0–1 year of experience (Freshers with strong communication welcome)
💡 Skills Required:
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Understanding of recruitment cycle
• Familiar with MS Office and email communication
• Quick learner and team player
