Key Responsibilities:
Utilize tools like search engines, job boards, LinkedIn, and social media to source candidates.
Demonstrate expertise in direct sourcing techniques, including cold calling and internet searches.
Build and maintain candidate talent pipelines through multiple channels: recruitment campaigns, networking groups, social media, database searches, and referrals.
Track and follow up on candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and progress.
Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' skills, interest, and cultural fit.
