Key Responsibilities
End-to-End HR: Manage recruitment, on boarding, and exit formalities.
Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and mediate conflicts.
Branch Visits: Conduct weekly visits (twice a week) to branches to engage with the employees.
Compliance & Payroll: Coordinate EPFO/ESIC grievances and oversee monthly wages and incentive compliance.
Reporting: Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labour laws.
