Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail—oriented HR Executive/ HR Recruiter tojoin
our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in human resources and
recruitment processes. As an HR Executive/ HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for
attracting candidates, evaluating resumes, scheduling, and conducting interviews, and
managing the hiring process. You will also play a key role in ensuring a positive candidate
experience and supporting various HR activities within the organization.Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various online platforms, social media, and networking events.
Conduct initial phone screenings and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members.
Maintain accurate and organized candidate records.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Provide timely feedback to candidates and keep them informed about their application status.
Address candidate queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including paperwork, orientation, and introductions to the company culture and policies.
Collaborate with different departments to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
Assist in various HR activities such as employee engagement initiatives, performance management, and HR compliance.
Maintain HR databases and generate reports as required and provide support in HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:
Masters degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience (Minimum 1 Year Maximum 3 Years) in HR and recruitment processes.
Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and HR software applications.
